How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Beep The Robot account and all associated data, please email us at the address below. Include the email address you used to sign in so we can locate your account.

What Gets Deleted

When we process your deletion request, we will permanently remove:

Account information — your Google sign-in profile (name, email)
Subscription data — payment status and purchase records stored in our system
Usage data — any session or interaction history associated with your account

What We Don't Store

Beep The Robot does not store voice recordings, camera images, or conversation transcripts. Speech and camera data is processed in real time on your device and is never saved to our servers.

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 7 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been deleted.

Third-Party Data

If you made a purchase through Google Play, your transaction records with Google are managed by Google and subject to their retention policies. You can manage that data through your Google Account settings.
